We are now taking ADHD medication refills via MyChart. Please request your medication refills through MyChart 3 days before the refill is needed. Allow us 24 business hours to process your request.

*If your child is 15+, you cannot access their MyChart - please review our instructions for 15+ below.

How to request a medication refill online:

1. Go to the MyChart website. Click on Medications.

2. Click on “Request Refills.”

3. Click on the box next to the medication you want to refill and click “Next”.

4. Review the medication and pharmacy information you selected and click “Next”.

5. Click “submit” to submit the request. Your request will be processed on our side in the next 24 business hours.

How to request a medication refill via mobile:

1. Go to your MyChart app. Click on Medications.

2. Click on “Request Refill” under the medication you want to refill. Click “Next”.

3. Review the medication and pharmacy information you selected and click “Next”.

4. Click “submit” to submit the request. Your request will be processed on our side in the next 24 business hours.

How to request a medication refill for patients 15+:

1. Text us at (808)634-8011, providing the patient's name and indicating that you need an ADHD medication refill for them.

2. Allow us 24 business hours to refill the prescription.
